It's the 'Ask The Festival Lawyer' Podcast

In this week’s “Ask the Festival Lawyer” podcast, Cameron and Jason discuss the recent arrests made in conjunction with the deadly December 2nd Ghost Ship warehouse fire.

The two discuss the law of Involuntary manslaughter in California as well as a discussion of the legal arguments that the defense and prosecution are likely to make in this case.

Finally, the two talk about some of the bigger issues that prosecutions like this present for the Bay Area nightlife community.
